Kirkland European Cookines

'mushrooms and sausage and pig's trotter in robiola

's easy to make a good appetizer, served with hot croutons
.

INGREDIENTS for 4 people
gr. 400
also frozen mushrooms shallot
gr. 40
gr.100 butter cream

tablespoon brandy 2 egg yolks 2 tablespoons flour

gr. 70 robiola

parsley chives salt and pepper

bread for sandwiches for canapes

PROCEDURE

Fry shallots with the butter.

Add the mushrooms to the mixture, add salt and pepper and cook for 15 minutes.


When the mushrooms are cooled, chop. Apart
whisk the egg yolks with the cream brandy eil, transfer the mixture into a
pan and add the chopped mushrooms and set on fire.
When the mixture is' hot, add the flour and a pinch of salt, bring to a boil, stirring
.
