Poi volevo andare a Bergamo, oltre che a iniziare il secondo blocco, ma sono stava fulminata da un'influenza gastroenterica:  che palle!  Per giunta faccio ancora fatica a recuperare le forze....passerà.

parmigiano grattuggiato
prezzemolo
latte
noce moscata
aglio per chi lo vuole

per ripieno:
spinaci
sottilette
si puo' mettere qualsiasi cosa

PROCEDIMENTO


Mettere in ammollo il pane con un po' di latte, poi strizzatelo bene

mettete la carne, il sale , il prezzemolo


aggiungere il parmigiano , l' uovo , una spruzzatina di noce moscata, sale e
pepe.
Impastare per bene con le mani, mettere in frigorifero l' impasto per alcune
ore a riposare.

Lessare le spinaci e salatele.

Adagiare un pezzo di carta forno sul tavolo e metterci sopra l' impasto, se
serve aggiungete un po' di pan grattato.

Mettete al centro le spinaci.

iniziate ad arrotolarlo con l' aiuto della carta

Chiudete le parti laterali

incartatelo come una caramella


chiudete con il filo e infornate a 180 gradi per 60 minuti.

cosi' e' appena uscito dal forno.

Aspettate che si raffreddi per tagliarlo.


E' buono sia freddo che caldo.
