Teaching the Constitution, the text foundation of civil life of our country, is a task that concerns the educational institution as a whole, as regards the individual disciplines and teachers themselves. The training proposed by the IMA DRY Suardi part of Bergamo, in fact, the belief that the teaching of constitutional principles can form the basis of the disciplinary statutes. We have therefore chosen some of the nodes of civil life often addressed in the paths of our institute, School of Sciences Human, to investigate how the wording of the constitutional text, they have been translated into legislation of the Republic. The course is therefore aimed not only to teachers of history and law, teaching traditional custodians of the Constitution, but to the entire faculty.
